Our tour guide will meet you in front of SONG HUONG FLOATING RESTAURANT, we start Hue Walking Food Tour to visit the colorful Dong Ba market, the best whole sale market in Hue city. Here, you will learn how local people choose fresh ingredients to cook their daily traditional homemade food with our foodie guide.

Hue Imperial City (The Citadel) Then continue through Hue Citadel Area and make some stops in local restaurants to try some best local dishes and our local guide can share with you the history and culture of Vietnamese Royalty with life of the Kings; their queens, minor wive, concubines and eunuchs.

Truong Tien Bridge We continue to walk over beautiful Trang Tien Bridge, and make stops in some authentic local restaurants to try some of the Best Authentic Local Food with Banh Khoai (Hue Fried Pancake), Nem Lụi (Grilled Minced Pork in Skewer), Bun Bo Hue (Hue Noodle Soup with Beef), Banh Beo (Steamed Fern-shape Cake), Banh Nam (Steamed Rice Pancake in Banana / Taro Leaf), that made mainly by rice/tapioca flour with Shrimp, Pork, Spring Onions and served with fresh vegetable and delicious dipping sauce.
