Over four hours we’ll take a deep dive into Penang’s food scene mopping up 15+ tastings around old George Town.
We don’t want to spoil all the fun, but some salivate-inducing highlights including flaky ghee-slathered rotis with egg and cheese, smoky stir-fried char koay kak Chinese radish cake, fruity Penang-style laksa and some of the island’s best dim sum among more than a dozen more dishes. Along the way, discover the history and culture of Penang’s food expertly led by a knowledgeable host.
