•  Porter will carry luggage and transfer from the waiting vehicle that comes in front of the terminal. The porter cannot carry luggage from parking
•  Passengers are responsible for ensuring they have valid visa / travel documents. In case entry is refused by immigration or any passenger is deported, we will not be liable, and no refund can be given towards the booking.
•  The Meet & Assist executives cannot interfere during government regulated procedures eg. Immigration, Customs and Security
