Torre del Reloj The Clock Tower is an emblematic 30-meter-high construction that rises between the plazas of Los Coches and La Paz.

Plaza De Los Coches The Plaza de los Coches is the place where people entered the walled city. It was there that the slave trade that occurred occurred and it also acted as a sort of transportation hub. This is the place where the statue of the city's founder, Pedro de Heredia, stands.

Plaza de la Aduana This square is where gold, silver and products such as tobacco, potatoes, sugar, fruits and others were shipped to Spain on the Armada galleon. Plaza de San Pedro Claver This square witnessed a life dedicated to true social work, and the pious prayers of the saint. “And the story goes that at dusk, when the sun was lost on the horizon, the saint sat in the middle of the afternoon to teach Christian doctrine to those who lived in a world of ignorance. And the sweet and melodious word of the “Slave of Slaves” took on divine modulations to instill in the hearts of those unfortunate people the beginning of a better life.

Plaza de Bolivar This square is framed by the Palace of the Inquisition, the cathedral and the town hall (today the Government of Bolívar), that is, by the most important institutions that the Heroica had in colonial times. Currently, the Bank of the Republic and the Cartagena Gold Museum also share its framework.

Catedral Santa Catalina de Alejandria Its official name is Metropolitan Basilica Cathedral of Santa Calina de Alejandría and it is the episcopal seat of the Archbishop of Cartagena de Indias.
