I will drive past the ice pond, and along Banyan Tree drive looking for turtles, and nene geese. Then I will show you the sign with the local fish in the area, and tell you all about them. From there we will travel over old bridges with views of surf spots, and through lush jungle to the waterfalls, base of the Volcano, and Blacksand Beachs. We will meet the locals, and learn about the culture. There will also be time for shopping, exploring a lava tube, fissure looking for colorful glass.

Lili'uokalani Gardens I will drive past the ice pond to Lili uokalani Garden. I will show you a sign with local fish and look for turtles, and nene geese along the way.

We will drive north of Hilo to see the surf spots were I will drive slowly down a narrow road. I will narrate about the surfers as they ride waves. We will drive over old bridges through lush jungle seeing many waterfalls. I will tell you about plants, history, and real estate.

Rainbow Falls I will take photos of you at Rainbow Waterfalls, and show you a optical illusion. We will stop for iced coconuts if the vendor is there, and get Dole Whipped Icecream at Arc of Hilo.

Kaumana Caves Park Then I will take you to the lava tube full of a rare mineral, and olivine a green gem stone stuck in the ceiling. I will take pictures of you inside of the lava tube while you explore.

Hilo I will stop in a spot that has wild pigs to feed so you can get a picture of them hopefully.

Pahoa We stop at a fruit stand to try locally grown fruits. I will buy some fruit, and have it cut up for you to sample, and tell you about the different types of fruit.

Pahoa I will take you to Pahoa to shop for hand made items from Pahoa Hawaii. You can get fresh Fish and Chips or a sandwich at subway.

The next stop is fissure 8 to lunch, and explore a lava field for colorful glass called peacock lava. We will take photos of the Volcanic eruption of 2018 that destroyed the 780 homes.

I will drive you through a lush jungle to a Blacksand Beach. The beach was created from the lava flowing from fissure 8 into the ocean in 2018. We will look for whales, and spinner dolphins.

Kehena Black Sand Beach I will drive you along the ocean through tunnels of trees to a secret Blacksand Beach. The sand is like tiny little marbles that tickle your feet when you walk on it. You can buy a fresh coconut to drink, meet the locals and learn about the culture.

Kalapana Then I will take to the Land of Frozen Fire at the Base of the Kilauea Volcano where the lava flowed for 35 years. It is over 400 square miles of lava fields. There I will stop at Gary's house a famous photographer that will tell you about the Volcanic activities and show you rare pictures of eruptions. After his presentation you can buy pictures from Gary.

Mauna Loa Macadamia Nut Visitor Center We head to the Macadamia nut farm for free samples. There you can buy Macadamia nuts.

Big Island Candies We go to Big Island Candies for samples of chocolate, candies, and kona coffee. Where you can watch them making candies behind glass while you shop.

Hilo Farmers Market Final stop is shopping at the farmers market in the downtown Hilo. Then back to the drop off point.
