Cross over the Tejo River taking the Vasco da Gama bridge and explore the Arrabida National Park area. Starting with the old medieval castle of Palmela for some of the best views of Portugal. And from there head to one of the most beautiful vineyards of the region, family owned, where the wines they produce can only be bought there. Then take a sightseeing route on the National Park of Arrabida with some stops to see the amazing and blue waters of the Atlantic and the dramatic landscape of high cliffs close to the coast. If you choose the half day option, this is when we come back to Lisbon, stopping at the Cristo Rei statue to get the best view over Lisbon, Belém and Sintra mountain before crossing the 25th April bridge to get back to Lisbon. If you choose the full day option, after the Arrabida mountains, we stop in Sesimbra for free time for lunch. Here you can either go for lunch in one of the many fish and sea food restaurants or just relax at the beach. From there we visit one of the oldest vineyards of Portugal and one that exports wines to all over the world.
