•  Please note that access to the Terraces requires climbing 150 steps (no lift) through narrow passages. The height of the Terraces is 30 meters (98 feet).
•  Children under the age of 7 are not allowed on the Duomo Terraces for safety reasons. Youth ages 7-18 must be accompanied by an adult to climb the Terraces.
•  Please kindly consider that unannounced renovation work may occur during the off-season, and crowds are expected during the high season.
•  The Baptistery is currently undergoing restoration of the vault's mosaics.
•  Sandals, sleeveless shirts, and shorts or skirts above the knees are not allowed inside the Cathedral. Please bring a scarf to cover up before entering.
•  Please note that backpacks of any size, as well as luggage or large bags, are not allowed.
•  Florence can be hot in the summer. This tour includes portions that are outside and could be in full sun. Please bring a hat, a small umbrella, and sunscreen if you are sensitive to the sun.
•  Clients must arrive at the meeting point 15 minutes before the start of the tour. This is due to the timed entry of the tickets.
•  It is not possible to join the tour after it has commenced.
•  Tips/gratuities (for your guide) are always appreciated.
