What To Expect

This is 1 hour experience. Supplies are provided.

Arrive early to check in and peruse our three galleries of cultural costume exhibits that depict the Migrations to Hawai’i over the centuries, and how the various cultures influenced dance, art and Hawaiian life. From the First Polynesians to plantation era to modern Hawai’i, this is a vibrant and educational series of displays sure to delight and enlighten.

This lesson begins at 1:00pm.

Instructor will explain will share the source, history, preparation and uses of the Kukui Nut and Kukui Nut Tree.

Guests will get to select the style of nut then be instructed with the the process of creating threading and knotting technique for making a bracelet.

No experience necessary.

All ages. Great for the whole family, a group of friends and co-workers.
