Natural History Museum
We will take you on a fascinating tour through all the main sections of the museum. You'll discover dinosaurs, plesiosaurs and other amazing creatures from the earth's distant past, the animals with which we share our world today from jungle, forest and sea, the ancestors of our own species, and glittering minerals brought up from caverns far beneath the surface of our planet. On the way we'll reveal the secrets of the extraordinary building itself, designed by the Victorians as a 'cathedral of nature' and full of symbols and even hidden jokes.
At each stop on the tour there are carefully designed challenges and activities that bring the details of the exhibits to life and fantastic facts that tell their stories and the way they contribute to our natural world.
