Get ready for a culinary experience, demonstration and class focused on Portuguese tapas where you will learn to whip up amazing Tapiscos.
To start, a Chef led gastronomic tour of the world-famous Mercado de Bolhao, sourcing the freshest ingredients. Together we will walk back to the kitchen at Boutique Maison Canto De Luz, where you will enjoy a Barista coffee before getting down to business.
Expect a hands-on session.
After seeing the chef at work, you will make the dishes yourself. Then, enjoy eating the fruits of your labours with a crisp glass Douro Valley wine with your classmates. (Additional wine available for purchase)
Each participant leaves with a goodie bag of recipes and a travel friendly bottle of Aguardente for flame grilling chorizo back home.
