As we enjoy a glass of wine with some starters, we'll start the cooking session : we'll make homemade pasta (tagliatelle & maltagliati) and Tiramisù all together. You will learn time-honored techniques of preparing homemade fettuccine and maltagliati to pair with a robust ragù sauce. Follow along step-by-step as you mix and roll the dough, then cut and cook your fresh pasta. For dessert, you’ll prepare a great tiramisu, and then we'll taste your dishes together.
