What To Expect

The experience consists of an exclusive dinner at Gianmarco's home, in a historic building dating back to 1500 just behind Campo de Fiori. The elaborate menu will have purely traditional Roman flavours, with a refined touch. All KM0 products come from the farms around the city with which the Chef collaborates. The same is also true for wine.
