What To Expect

You will learn homemade pasta with the guidance of a pastry maker. Two hours of practical and fun lesson with rolling pin and wheel in hand to discover all the secrets of fresh pasta, in particular gnocchi and ravioli, and some curiosities about the habits of Italians at the table.
You will also have a reminder with step-by-step descriptions of the procedures for making pasta again and the sauce recipes to eat a delicious pasta dish at home too.
And finally everyone at the table to taste ravioli and gnocchi with traditional sauces accompanied by a glass of wine.
