Itinerary
1
Rainbow Bridge You will passes under the bridge. Rainbow Bridge is one of the largest bridges in Tokyo, connecting Shibaura and Odaiba. The height between the bridge and the sea level is approximately 50m. Diving under such a large bridge is a spectacular experience.
2
Tokyo Tower You will pass a place that can be seen from above the sea. Tokyo Tower was the largest television tower in Japan from 1958 to 2011. Nowadays, it is a landmark of Tokyo, and at night it is glitteringly lit up, adding an accent to the night view. From the sea, you can only see the whole thing from certain angles. Please look carefully.
3
Kachidoki Bridge You will passes under the bridge. What makes Kachidoki Bridge unique is that it is one of the few bascule bridges in Japan. In the past, there were many large ships that plied the Sumida River, making three jumps a day. It still retains its original architectural beauty and is a historical heritage of Japan. You can observe Kachidoki Bridge up close from a boat.
4
Tsukiji You will pass a place that can be seen from above the sea. Tsukiji was once Japan's largest central market. However, due to the aging of the building, its wholesale functions have now been moved to the Toyosu New Market. However, Tsukiji's outer market still exists and has become a lively tourist destination. It is possible to eat traditional dishes.
5
Eitai Bridge You will pass a place that can be seen from above the sea. Eitai Bridge was built in 1926. In 1897, iron was used for the first time in Japan for a road bridge, but because it had a wooden floor, it was destroyed by fire during the Great Kanto Earthquake, and it took on its current form as an earthquake reconstruction bridge. The blue illumination is very beautiful at night, and the contrast with Tokyo Sky Tree is great.
6
Toyosu Market You will pass a place that can be seen from above the sea. It is now the core of the central wholesale market, replacing Tsukiji. The new building also has an original shape, and you can definitely see the whole picture from the sea.
7
Daiba you will passes through Odaiba Seaside Park. ``Daiba'' is a ``place'' where a cannon is placed. At the end of the Edo period, the Tokugawa shogunate, which began to feel threatened by the invasion of foreign ships after the arrival of Perry, built a battery known as Daiba to protect Edo. Currently, it is home to the landmark Fuji Television building, many commercial facilities, and hotels, and is one of the most popular tourist destinations in Tokyo. Only authorized vessels may enter Odaiba Seaside Park. Please enjoy the relaxing atmosphere of Odaiba.
