Korfes On this tour, we invite you to join us in a celebration of mouth watering Cretan food and learn about the different ways of sourcing, preparing and – of course – enjoying food on Crete. Once we arrive at the lively village of Korfes nearby Heraklion, we will go on a stroll in the surrounding nature on the foothills of Mount Psiloritis to forage for local and wild food ingredients.

Korfes We will then go to a family house in the village for a cooking workshop with a local chef. Expect to prepare local and seasonal recipes.
