Hurghada You will be collected from your Hurghada hotel and embark on a scenic drive in a comfortable, air-conditioned vehicle for approximately 4 hours towards Luxor for an overnight tour. Upon arrival in Luxor, you'll check into your hotel to unwind and freshen up before we escort you to a reputable local restaurant for lunch. Afterwards, we'll guide you through the treasures of Luxor's East Bank, including the awe-inspiring Karnak Temples Complex. Later, you'll explore the remarkable Temple of Luxor, initiated by a ruler of the 12th dynasty and augmented by the renowned King Ramses II. Valley of the Kings Following breakfast at the hotel, we will arrange transportation to take you across the Nile to explore the west bank. Here, you will have the opportunity to visit the renowned Valley of the Kings, alternatively referred to as the Valley of the Gates of the Kings. This valley in Egypt served as the site for the excavation of rock-cut tombs over a span of nearly 500 years, from the 16th to the 11th century BC. Colossi of Memnon The Colossi of Memnon are two massive stone statues of the Pharaoh Amenhotep III, which stand at the front of the ruined Mortuary Temple of Amenhotep III, the largest temple in the Theban Necropolis.
