Welcome to Malaysia and join me in exploring the food haven of Asia. You will savour some of Malaysia’s famous street food and discover the diverse culture through the different flavours. From one traveller to another, you will be visiting food scene based on a local’s recommendation as I am not a tour agency/guide. This tour is suitable for small groups, for those who are interested to meet fellow travellers through their love for food and cultural exchange.

What To Expect

This is a 4-hours food and walking tour, suitable for up to 5 guests.
*Important things to take note of to set the right expectations of this tour:*
As this tour consist of local street food vendor/hawkers, there will be some limitations and cannot be cater for every dietary needs.
❌ Unsuitable for vegetarians and those with severe allergies
❌ Non-Halal (Most food, will contain pork)

We will meet at 12.30PM. Thereafter, we will walk to our 1st stop, a local Chinese Kopitiam, where you will savour a few different types of local hawker food. This coffee shop is quite busy, so please expect to wait for table/seats.

After lunch, we will do a little walking tour at the Central market and Chinatown. You will see some of Kuala Lumpur's popular street/wall art.

Our next stop, for mid-afternoon break (and also to get out of the heat), will be at a local cafe which served local flavours (the famous Malaysian Nasi Lemak, Roti Bakar, Rojak, etc)

We will end the tour back at the Pasar Semi MRT station.
Estimated to take around 4-hours, however, it may be shorter/longer depending on the waiting time for food and the time needed for the Central Market & Chinatown walk.
