• The road to Mitsumine Shrine, which is 1000 meters above sea level, has many curves, so if you usually suffer from car sickness, please bring your medicine.
• Please note that no refunds will be given for weather-related complaints or changes in the tour schedule made by the tour guide or any of our staff.
• The river cruise on the Arakawa River is generally gentle, but occasionally you may get partially wet, so we recommend bringing a waterproof jacket.
• You will be asked to wear a safety vest on board the boat. If you refuse to do so, you will be asked not to participate in the cruise and your ticket will not be refunded.
• Children under 60 cm (1.7 ft) in height are not allowed on board.
• If the minimum number of participants (20) is not reached, the tour will not take place and you will be offered another activity or a full refund.
• Children under the age of 4 travel free, but do not receive a seat on the bus. If a seat is required, please book at the adult rate.
