We will drive via the Tizi 'n Tichka Pass, is a mountain pass in Morocco's High Atlas Mountains. It is one of the most famous and scenic mountain passes in the country and serves as a crucial transportation route, connecting the city of Marrakech in the northwest to the city of Ouarzazate in the southeast. The pass reaches an elevation of approximately 2,260 meters (7,415 feet) above sea level.

We will spend the night at one of the beautiful riads in Ouarzazate.

Ouarzazate - Skoura - Dades Valley

Skoura
We will continue driving from Ouarzazate via the Thousand Kasbas Road. We will stop at Skoura, a beautiful oasis town located in the Ouarzazate region of Morocco. It's known for its lush palm groves, historic kasbahs, and serene atmosphere. You can take pictures of the gorgeous nature here before continuing your 5-Day Desert Tour from Marrakech to Fes.

Dades Gorges
Our driver will take you to the impressive Dades Gorges passing via the beautiful Rose Valley. Upon arrival, we will walk over the gorges enjoying the Valley of Dades and explore the sight. Overnight and dinner at a hotel in the foot of mountain, it offers a panoramic overlook.

Dades Valley - Todgha Gorges - Merzouga

Wake up in the morning to take our breakfast then we head to the well-known Todgha Gorges in the region of Tinghir. The sight know for hiking activity because of it's huge walls of rocks. We will stop to see the sight and walk over its valley.

Erfoud
We will drive to our destination Merzouga passing by the beautiful town of Erfoud which is know by fossil products. The town is only about 40 min to Merzouga.

Merzouga
Upon arrival in Merzouga, we will Check in at a hotel to put our luggage and spend the night. We will be welcomed by a cup of tea and take our chamber. You can explore the area or just take a shower for a refresh. Overnight in the village of Merzouga.

Musica De Gnawa, Khamlia
You will wake up in the morning, take your breakfast, and prepare for a journey to the famous Khamlia Town. We will drive our 4x4 to the village of Gnawa meeting a Berber family and drink a cup of tea with them talking about their culture and traditions. Also, you will know more about nomadic life. The village offers a cultural and peaceful atmosphere.

Travel Exploration Morocco Private Tours
We will get back to the village of Merzouga then we take the necessary luggage and prepare ourselves to a Camel trekking experience. The camel man will give us a guide instructions to treat camels well. The experience takes about 30min to 1h before reaching the famous Erg Chebbi Dunes. Here, we will enjoy a sand bath, sandboarding, or Quad bike journey (optional). Later, you will hike a high dunes to attend the breathtaking sunset before the dusk. Night in the desert is an experience of a life time. We will enjoy a camp fire with Gnawa under the shinning starry sky, the night describes as romantic. Overnight at a luxury desert camp in the heart of Erg Chebbi.

Merzouga - Rissani - Ifrane - Fes

Rissani Market
We will leave desert via Rissani where we will stop to visit the big traditional Souk so that you can buy souvenirs. The market steels Moroccan traditional products of Sahraouian and also the fossil products which come from Erfoud.

Azrou Cedar Forest
On our way to Fes, we will stop at Azrou to see the Barbarian Monkeys that live in the Cedar Forest. You can take pictures and feed monkeys before we leave this beautiful sight.

Ifran is a calm town in Meddle Atlas Mountains known by the icon of Lion. If you visit Morocco at winter, you will admire its gorgeousness wearing the white and that's why they also call it the Moroccan Little Switzerland.
