What To Expect

Join an intermediate-level shuffle dance session in Tokyo, led by a professional Shuffle dancer. Improve your skills while immersing yourself in Japan’s dance culture. Held every Wednesday, this activity also lets you connect with Japanese students who have been attending for over a year, enriching the experience.

Activity Flow:

1. Meeting and Preparation: Meet at Room 501, Studio Worcle Shinjuku, a 7-minute walk from Shinjuku Station’s west exit. Prepare in the changing rooms before starting.
2. Warm-Up: Begin with a 10-minute warm-up, including stretching and rhythm training, to get ready for choreography.
3. Choreography Practice: Spend 40 minutes learning shuffle dance, from basic steps to intermediate choreography.
4. 4K Filming: The last 10 minutes capture your progress in 4K video, creating a memorable keepsake.
5. Video Distribution and Cultural Exchange: Receive your video and enjoy cultural exchange in the lobby after filming.

What to Bring: Wear comfortable clothes and bring indoor shoes. A vending machine and 7-Eleven are nearby.
