Additional Info: Airport Pick-up Instructions:
We monitor and track all flights, we will pick you up on time, whether your flight arrives early or is delayed. You will receive your assigned driver’s details and phone number within 12 hours before your pick-up time, making sure you can contact them at any time if necessary.
Please contact your representative operator or driver at the provided number if you encounter any issues.
Your driver will be waiting at the pick-up point in the arrivals area with your name written on the board, 60 minutes after your landing time. It is vital that you make contact with the representative / driver on the number supplied within 1 hour after landing so that we know you are at the airport.
Please inform the driver in case of major delays at passport control or baggage collection, so we can avoid any confusion and we will know that you are stuck inside the airport.
The driver will then wait a further 30 minutes before leaving the airport unless we are informed that there is been delays in passport and customs control or baggage area.
That means a total of 75 minutes of free waiting time after the flight lands.
If the wait time is more than 75 minutes, there will be an extra charge of £12.50 for every 15 minutes. This covers the extra cost of parking and the driver's waiting time.
The additional waiting time cost can be paid in cash to the driver by card over the phone.
If after 90 minutes the customer could not be contacted or did not respond, this will result in a customer no-show and a refund will no longer be possible.

Heathrow Airport Terminal 4, we meet our customers by Costa Coffee in arrivals hall.
Heathrow Airport Terminal 5, we meet our customers by Costa Coffee in arrivals hall.
Central London Pick-up Instructions:
If you are being picked-up from a hotel, public place or large venue, please contact your driver on the supplied number to locate them, if necessary. For other types of pick-up, please wait at the designated address and ensure that you are ready to depart at the specified time.
