Escape into the beautiful Somerset countryside for a day of wine and cheese tasting, with a stop for lunch (included) at a fabulous local spot!
The first stop is a natural, biodynamic vineyard with breathtaking views over Chew Valley Lake. You'll learn about the biodynamic approach to viticulture and the impact it has on both of flavour of the wine and the land and you'll taste two of these unique wines.
Then there will be a stop for lunch at a fabulous spot with locally sourced ingredients! If the weather allows, the group will eat al fresco with stunning views of the area.
We'll then head to the village of Cheddar. You'll have time to explore this charming village before taking a tour of a dairy that produces the only cheddar cheese made in Cheddar and taste some wonderful cheeses.
Next, a vineyard cultured by the inspiring Ingrid, who has a passion for planet-friendly growing techniques. And, of course, you'll taste her fabulous wine!
