Join our family in the heart of the Oltrarno for a cooking class and tasting experience based on typical products!
You will enter a Florentine house where you will start making homemade pasta following simple recipes using products from our garden, if available, or seasonal and km0. We will enjoy the fruit of our labor by tasting wine and tasting local products and our high quality extra virgin olive oil that you can purchase if you want to bring the flavors of our home with you. If you want you will learn how to make Spritz!
