What To Expect

You get to relax to the sounds of our 110 cm stainless steel gong, other smaller gongs and Himalayan bowls surrounded by the sounds of nature. Our gong relaxation takes place in an open air Balinese shala surrounded by beautiful gardens with the sound of the ocean in the background. You don’t need to do anything, let the sounds and vibrations of the gong lead you into a deep sense of relaxation.
