The day begins with a warm welcome in our welcoming kitchen, where your children can put on their chef's aprons and wash their hands, ready for an experience that will involve all their senses.
I will guide them step by step in the process of creating fresh pasta. Children will have fun measuring out and kneading the ingredients, such as very fine flour, fresh eggs and a pinch of salt, discovering the role that each ingredient plays in creating a perfect dough.
After kneading, children will have fun rolling out the dough with the help of colorful and fun rolling pins. I will guide them in creating imaginative shapes using pastry cutters, such as butterflies, stars and hearts, stimulating their creativity and imagination.
Once each pasta creation is ready, we will take it to the kitchen to cook. While the pasta cooks, budding chefs will be able to enjoy delicious appetizers and enjoy a moment of relaxation.
