You will tour Krakow's Old Town in the late afternoon. See the Saint Mary's Basilica Tower, the Market Square and St. Florian's Gate as you go around. You can get a little more rest during the one and a half-hour journey to the Auschwitz-Birkenau Memorial and State Museum after an early breakfast at the hotel. Church of Peace, Swidnica (Kosciol Pokoju w Swidnicy)
On the way we will make stop to visit a stunning wooden Church of Peace in Swidnica. It was built using the half-timbered style, with a wooden framework that was then filled with clay and straw. It is Europe's largest wooden Baroque temple. It belongs to the Swidnica parish of the Polish Evangelical-Augsburg Church. The structure, which is one of the seven new marvels of Poland, has been listed on the UNESCO World Heritage List since 2001.
