Pick up travelers at 8am to start the tour. Visit Mandela House in Soweto & travel to Kruger National Park

Durban After the game drive, we travel to Durban for the night. Durban, a coastal city in eastern South Africa’s KwaZulu-Natal province, is known for its African, Indian and colonial influences. Refurbished for soccer’s 2010 World Cup, the seafront promenade runs from uShaka Marine World, a huge theme park with an aquarium, to the futuristic Moses Mabhida Stadium. The Durban Botanical Gardens showcases a wide range of African plant species

Durban Botanic Gardens The Durban Botanic Gardens is situated in the city of Durban, KwaZulu-Natal, South Africa. It is Durban's oldest public institution and Africa's oldest surviving botanical gardens. The gardens cover an area of 15 hectares in a subtropical climate. The Botanical Gardens is home to some of the oldest tree species in the world

Durban We also take a walk along the Durban Promenade. The beachfront promenade was extended by nearly 8km, making it the longest promenade in Africa. The expansion forms a continuous walk from the North at the Umgeni River. The afternoon is spent relaxing at the beaches or hotel in Durban.

Nelson Mandela Capture Site From Howick Falls we head off to Nelson Mandela Capture Site. Here we visit the Museum which has some of the best information available on South Africa's struggle for independence. We also visit the world renowned Nelson Mandela Monument.

Maloti Drakensberg Park From Nelson Mandela Capture Site we proceed to the Drakensberg Mountains. The Drakensberg mountain range, stretching along the eastern side of South Africa, is a place of rugged beauty made up of plateaus, peaks, cliffs and deep valleys. The Drakensberg were once a spiritual home for the San people, whose rock paintings adorn many of the caves and cliff faces. Today a large section of the range has been proclaimed a conservation area and a World Heritage Site under the name Ukhahlamba-Drakensberg Park. At the Drakensberg Mountains we do some foot hiking.

After breakfast we depart from Drakensberg and travel to Mthatha.

KwaZulu-Natal We travel through the rural areas of Kwazulu Natal. We pass Ixopo and Umzimkhulu. We also experience many other rural areas. Finally we arrive in Mthatha, a rural town, for the night.

Eastern Cape From Mthatha we travel in the Eastern Cape Region. We travel some rural areas including Mvezo where Nelson Mandela was born. We travel until we reach East London for the night.

We depart from East London after breakfast and head to a big 5 game reserve, the Addo Elephant National Park

Addo Elephant National Park Addo Elephant National Park is a diverse wildlife conservation park situated close to Gqeberha in South Africa and is one of the country's 20 national parks. It currently ranks third in size after Kruger National Park and the Kgalagadi Transfrontier Park. We do a game drive at Addo Elephant National Park.

The Waterfront Knysna Quays The Quays has a lot of shops and restaurants. Boats leave from the Quays. Breathtaking views of Knysna, crystal blue waters and and and. There really are no words to describe how stunning the views are. The Waterfront is a chilled out extension of Knysna. A scenic view of the harbor with quite a number of yachts make it a scenery. A good number of restaurants from cafes to great restaurants, one can easily spend 2-3 hours here, you can also book some rides on the lagoon.

Hermanus Hermanus is known as one of the best places in the world for land-based whale watching. Southern right whales visit the town's shores from June to December each year, and visitors can see these majestic creatures from the cliffs and beaches in and around the town.

Benguela Cove Lagoon Wine Estate Benguela Cove Wine Estate is a stunning vineyard located in the Walker Bay region of South Africa. The estate is situated on the banks of the Bot River Lagoon and boasts breathtaking views of the surrounding mountains and ocean. Betty's Bay Betty’s Bay is also known as Stony Point Penguin Colony. There is a huge population of the African Penguin. The penguins can be seen up close as they waddle around, swim in the nearby ocean, and nest in the shelter of the surrounding vegetation. It is located at the Stony Point Nature Reserve, which is a protected area managed by the CapeNature conservation authority. Visitors can enter the reserve and walk along the boardwalks that lead through the penguin colony. From Betty's Bay we head off to Cape Town to conclude the tour
