Royal Gaitor Tumbas Gaitore, the royal cremation ground of the Kachhwaha Rajputs, holds a significant place in history as it was chosen by Maharaja Sawai Jai Singh II as the designated location for their final rites. After shifting his capital to Jaipur, every Kachhwaha king from 1733 onwards was laid to rest at this sacred site. The only exception is that of Maharaja Sawai Ishwari Singh, whose cremation took place within the city palace complex in Jaipur.

Galtaji Temple The temple of Galtaji is renowned for its natural springs, which flow into seven tanks known as kunds. Among these, the Galta Kund holds a special significance and never runs dry.
