What To Expect

We will go on a personalized meditation journey, including writing, breathing, movement, sound, art, in a welcoming farm, surrounded by nature.

The journey will be guided by Nuno, a full time certified meditation teacher and/or by Ines, a body movement and meditative dance teacher.
