Depart Cape Town to Hermanus, enjoy wine tasting experience at Benguela Cove Wine Estate before proceeding to Knysna

Benguela Cove Lagoon Wine Estate Depart from Cape Town at 8 am and travel along the Whale Coast admiring the scenery whilst on the lookout for the whales. Drive along the beautiful coast until we reach Benguela Wine Estate for a Wine tasting Experience of 5 different wines.

Hermanus Hermanus is the whale-watching capital of the world. From Benguela Cove Wine Estate we proceed to Hermanus. During whale season there are several opportunities to spot whales from the numerous vantage points along Hermanus’ elevated rocky coastline (the best land-based viewing point in the world for whale–watching).

Mossel Bay From Hermanus, we travel further until we reach Mossel Bay for the night

After breakfast, visit the beaches in Mossel Bay before departing for Knysna

Mossel Bay In Mossel Bay, you can Take a boat ride to seal island near the harbor. Visit the market at Hartenbos beach. Buy some wine and go sit at the cliffs in the southern part of the town, enjoying the view of the ocean. You can sometimes see whales from the headland. Walk along one of the world's most beautiful beaches, packed solid in the holiday season, and empty in the 22-degree winter. We proceed from Mossel Bay and reach Knysna where we visit the Waterfront Knysna Quays for an afternoon relaxation after checking into our lodge or hotel.

Knysna Heads Once we arrive in Knysna we visit the Knysna Heads. It's amazing, stop at first below the heads and walk around the walkways to the rocks, where the Indian Ocean breaks in. Enjoy the views.

The Waterfront Knysna Quays Spend the afternoon relaxing at the Waterfront Knysna Quays. The Waterfront is a chilled out extension of Knysna. A scenic view of the harbor with quite a number of yachts make it a scenery. A good number of restaurants from cafes to great restaurants, one can easily spend 2-3 hours here, you can also book some rides on the lagoon on the fast boat. And like any tourist spot, you can find a great number of shops with tinkers and souvenirs.

On day 3 we depart from Knysna and head off to Addo National Park and then back to Knysna for the night

Addo Elephant National Park On day 3 we depart from Knysna and head to Addo National Park. Addo National Park is a diverse wildlife conservation park situated close to Port Elizabeth in South Africa and is one of the country's 20 national parks. Here, we go to see the big 5 such as elephants, lions, the rhino, buffalo, cheetahs, giraffe,s and many more. We spend the day in the national park.

Bloukrans Bridge From Addo National Park we drive back towards Knysna and make a stop at the Bloukrans Bridge for the world's highest bungy jump. This is an optional extra.

On day 4 we travel from Knysna to Cape Town

R 62 nel Klein Karoo Billed as the longest wine route in the Western Cape, the Route 62 Wine Route encompasses Wellington, Tulbagh, Worcester, Robertson, and the Klein Karoo. Wine lovers can visit up to 70 wine farms, of which 11 are specialist brandy cellars, and comprise the R62 Brandy Route – an adventure on its own! This is how we travel on the last day as we head back to Cape Town. Wine tasting along the route will be an optional extra.
