The Mara River cuts through the Mara-Serengeti ecosystem giving life to the two game reserves before pouring out into Lake Victoria. The instinct-led migration of wildebeest, zebra and gazelle from the Serengeti to the Maasai Mara is the highlight of this safari. The animals have to outrun the predators on the way making it even more magnificent.
