Imperial War Museum London
Visit the Imperial War Museum (IWM), then visit the Churchill War Rooms and see London's war memorials. Enjoy live commentary from the History Expert Guide as you explore 6 floors the IWM with excellent exhibitions on important events and personalities of World War I and World War II. Hear authentic stories of the British war heroes, from pilots to nurses, and see historic aeroplanes, armoured vehicles, military uniforms, and more. The museum also houses the Holocaust Gallery, which showcases in detail the extent of the Nazi crimes against humanity and the world's response. Churchill War Rooms
Enjoy walking tour of WWII sites as well and enter the Churchill War Rooms. Do not waste time in long queues, as skip-the-line tickets are provided. Explore the underground centre where the British government directed the WWII and find out the absorbing information about the former prime minister at the Churchill Museum. This hidden nerve centre allowed Britain’s leaders to achieve victory, so stroll around and immerse yourself in the real history.
