You are already familiar with wines and you want to enjoy the favorite selection of the sommelier ? The advanced tasting takes wine pairing to an other level with refined wines and appetizers.

Our goal is to teach people the right way of tasting wines and most importantly how to match wines to food .
We propose different levels of tastings and also different types of wines and liquors accompanied with delightful appetizers to give your taste buds a treat.
People in general are often surprised about the fact that wine can sublimate food and food can sublimate wine if you understand the basics of wine pairing and it's amazing !
We have a great opportunity to be hosted by the restaurant Saint-James which is one of the best restaurants in Bora Bora with the best wine cellar as well .
There is an option to stay at the restaurant to have dinner there . I am always happy to give my best advice about the selection of the wine for the dinner .
