Lake Nakuru is found in the central part of Kenya and is one of the Rift valley soda lakes with an elevation of 1754 meters above sea level. The park is famous for the big five and bird’s sanctuary. Lake Naivasha is at the highest elevation of the Kenyan Rift valley at 1,884 metres and home to a variety of types of wildlife including over 400 different species of bird.

Itinerary
Nairobi - Lake Naivasha

Lake Naivasha
After breakfast from your hotel or from the airport, you will be briefed by the representative and then depart from Nairobi to Lake Naivasha. On the way, you will stop at the Great Rift Valley view point to take the photos.
After the photo stops, you will proceed on to Lake Naivasha arriving around time to have bird watching at Lake Naivasha. You will then take a break for your lunch and then followed with afternoon bird watching and game viewing walk at the Hell's Gate National Park. You will return in time for dinner and overnight.

Lake Naivasha to Lake Nakuru National Park

After early breakfast, you will sign out with your packed lunch then proceed to Lake Nakuru. You will check in the park and experience an entire day game viewing at Lake Nakuru National Park, where you will have a chance to visit a unique sanctuary catering for a sizeable number of the endangered rhinoceros and the Rothschild giraffe. Waterbucks, as well as the predators such as the lion and leopard, are common at the park.
You can also see a different variety of bird life around the lake. Many flamingos can also be seen at the lake. On this day, you will have your lunch at the picnic site at the top of the cliff as you view the backdrop of the lake. After lunch, you will proceed for another game drive which takes you until around 6:00 pm, then you will proceed to your camp for dinner and overnight.

Breakfast at the lodge then proceed with picnic lunch for a full day game drive. Spend the day in Maasai Mara, Kenya’s most popular game sanctuary where you will high chances of spotting the Big Five – lion, leopard, buffalo, rhino and elephant. Game drives are flexible, with the option of going out with picnic lunch boxes to spend entire day in the park, or you can choose to have an early morning and late afternoon game drives. At extra cost you may visit a local Masai village to see their nomadic lifestyle; the Masai are famous for their bravery, as they have co-existed with the animals over the years or go for a Hot Air Balloon ride.
