Ciao! We will introduce each other and you will be given a white apron and be assigned to a working station.
First of all, you will make the sauce for your Gnocchi, tomato & basil with top-quality ingredients. While the sauce is simmering you will start "getting dirty" and make the dough with flours, eggs, and potatoes. When the dough is ready we will start to create our Gnocchi by creating long and thin "sausages" of pasta and cutting them into small cylinders. After that, we will start shaping our gnocchi with the "rigapasta", an essential tool to get the lines on the gnocchi so that the sauce will get stuck on them.
Finally, we will cook Gnocchi, mix them with the tomato & basil sauce and we will sit together and enjoy our home-made Italian Gnocchi.
Along with the experience you will be offered unlimited wine and drinks so that you won't be thirsty.
