Explore the festive courtyard of the Residence Palace before visiting a special market in the spirit of Medieval times. Here you will pick up a chalice of mulled wine and imagine what Munich must have been like a thousand years ago.

Theresienwiese Hop on the subway and visit the notorious grounds of the Oktoberfest, transformed into Munich's largest and most offbeat Christmas market during November and December.
