Kerid Crater
On our way back to Reykjavik we stop by the volcanic crater lake in the Grímsnes area (South Iceland). A unique combination of milky blue-green water and a backdrop of deep black and red slopes makes Kerid one of the most visually stunning geological wonders in Iceland.
