ITINERARY VOLCANO BATUR SUNRISE TREKKING:
01.30 - 02.00 a.m. Hotel pick up drive directly to starting point
03.00 a.m. For breakfast banana pancake with chocolate and any of the tea or coffee varieties at Pineh Colada Bali organic farm
04.00 a.m. a licensed trekking organization guide to assist you of around 2 hours from bottom to peak
05.00 a.m. Short stop for resting and drinking supplied water
06.00 a.m. On arrival at the peak of Mt. Batur you will be served with a packed breakfast and egg cooked in the volcano steam while you wait for the sunrise
09.00 a.m. After the climb you will be taken back to “Pineh Colada Bali coffee plantation and organic farm” for free banana fritter and any of the tea and coffee varieties along with fresh fruit picked at organic farm
10.00 a.m. Drive back to the hotel or droff off at Ubud Palace Meeting poin

Mount Batur
Mount Batur (Gunung Batur) is an active volcano located at the center of two concentric calderas northwest of Mount Agung on the island. Also known as the hiding spot of Tarubian Clans.The southeast side of the larger 10×13 km caldera contains a caldera lake. Both the larger caldera, and a smaller 7.5 km caldera were formed by a collapse of the magma chamber, the first larger collapse taking place about 29,300 years ago, and the second inner caldera collapsing about 20,150 years ago.Another estimate of the inner caldera's formation date, formed during the emplacement of the has been dated at about 23,670 and 28,500 years ago
