Itinerary

Tra Que Vegetable Village
08.00: Tour guide meets you at your hotel, brief the tour itinerary before heading to the Tra Que herb garden through the beautiful rice paddy fields.
8.45: Upon arrival, we will take some minutes to relax and enjoy the healthy drink of basil seed – a passionate drink of locals. Then, you will be escorted around the garden to see many different types of herbs and listen to the guide explaining about their role as well as their flavor in cooking and medicinal purposes.
9.30: Time to be a farmer. Under the instruction and assistance of local farmers, you will practice preparing and fertilizing the land, raking the ground, sowing, watering, picking vegetables, and many other gardening activities.
10.30: Having a short break and enjoying a foot bath before participating in cooking class. We will prepare a lunch of many delicious dishes including Tam Huu (Three friends) spring roll and Banh xeo (crispy roll pancake) with the help of the chef.

Hoi An
12.00: When every dish is ready to eat, we will enjoy lunch with our prepared foods in such an airy lovely space. During the meal, you can learn a lot about Vietnamese table manners and cuisine features.
13.00: Leaving the lovely family, we will return back to the ancient town and come to a house making lantern. At this house, you will stroll around first to watch many steps of making a complete lantern from preparing bamboo patterns, designing covering materials to decorating the lanterns. Then you will be instructed to make for your own a lantern. You can keep it as a souvenir.
14.30: We cycle back to your hotel and end the tour.
