You will be picked up at your hotel and decide what local market to visit with the chef. You will stroll around to visit unique food sections with their wide selection of herbs, vegetables, meat and seafood which gets you closer to the simple daily life.
back home to prepare and cook Vietnamese dishes by yourself with the instruction of the tour guide or the household from the beginning to the end.
You will also learn how to marinate and spice will be the most essential lesson. You will also have a chance to be taught how to decorate dishes with carrot flowers, lemon grass stems, banana leaves and curved chili.
The authentic magical sauce mixed from fish sauce, water, sugar, lime, chili, garlic, and herbs are very easy to make.
Then you will have time enjoying your meal featuring what-you-have-cooked dishes (big portion). The chef will taste and give a reward to the best dish.
