Itinerary

Franschhoek
Upon arrival at Franschhoek terminal @ 10:15 am, you will head to the ticket office to get your tram ticket. A ticket sales person will give you a brief explanation on how the ticket will work and show you to the tram where you will hoop on and begin your winelands experience .
In the tram, you will choose if you want to sit below deck or upper deck. Once all seated, you will receive complementary glass of wine and your tram guide will explain where you will stop, for how long and a brief background information about the winelands of Franschhoek.

Grand Provence Estate
You will hoop-off the tram and get into the tractor that will transport you to the wine estate of Grand Provance. 'Before you get on the tractor, you take a few pictures with the tram on the background and wine farms with beautiful mountain' trust me its magical.
You will then be transported to Grand Provance. Arriving at this magnificent picturesque ;wine estate, you will proceed to the tasting room. " Grande Provance estate offers award-winning wine at the winery, gourmet cuisine at the restaurant and creative talent at the gallary and shop"

Rickety Bridge Wine Estate
Upon arrival at Rickety bridge wine estate you will be amazed by the beauty of the small bridge and the backdrop of rugged mountains. here you can visit the wine cellar (24hrs notice) and tasting room where you can experience tasting of their renowned wines, or you can sit on the veranda and enjoy a meal while admiring the splendor of the magnificent surroundings.
After you are done, you will now proceed to the third wine estate, the Franschhoek Cellar wine estate.

Franschhoek Cellar
Franschhoek cellar, a beautiful asset to the Franschhoek wine route that combines the charms of leisurely country life with the elegance of world-class venue. Here you will hoop-off the wine tram and get directly inside, there is a restaurant with a magnificent wine landscape view on your right hand-side, you will choose if you want to sit outside or inside.
On your left hand-side is the restrooms then straight ahead is the wine tasting room with a kids play area, kids can also have the opportunity to taste grape juices paired with kiddies-snacks.
Here "enjoy wine-tasting paired with Belgian chocolate or hand made cheese. Dine on alfresco style lunches in the fabulous garden or sip on an artisanal beer in the bistro & beer garden." -Franschhoek cellar website.
After you are done you will go back to the tram, head back to Franschhoek terminal where you now hoop-off a tram and get in bus and go to Atlas Swift wine estate.

Beautiful Elegant white and black wine estate with pure architecture of wine farm, in this wine estate you will drive pass the wine farm to the tasting room, the view and the feel is so farmy. Here you will "be guided by an internationally trained sommelier for fun facts or serious wine talk, pair the wine with local cheese and charcuterie platter" - Atlas Swift website.
Cellar your should be pre-booked. When done you will head back to the bus for your continuation of your winelands experience.

This wine estate is beautiful 100% wine farm feel. Upon arrival you will hoop off the bus and walk inside the tasting room, there are variety of farm animals like big pigs, cows, chickens, piccork, horses, birds and many more. With very beautiful paintings that were painted by Pigcasso (the painting pig). Pass in between the amazing farm sanctuary and proceed to the back where you will be amazed by the big close view of the rugged mountain.
Here you will taste a variety of white, pink, black and rose wine while mingling and taking pictures with the animals. There are light meals if you want to snack a bit then after we done, we proceed to our last and final stop, Mont Rochelle.

Mont Rochelle
"Situated on the slopes of the beautiful Franschhoek mountains, this win farm was established by Jarques de Villiers, one of the original Huguenots that came to the valley in 1688." Mont Rochelle.
Located in the wine wine tasting facility, the country kitchen offers relaxed dining, with focus on local, sustainable and fresh produce. Taste the world-renowned, award-winning wines with a pairing of cheese and fruits. Enjoy whilst overlooking the beautiful slopes and mountain, this wine estate is delicacy at its best. Cellar tours and picnics and pre-booked.
