Santa Maria De Palautordera The monastery (religious community) is covered up between a wonderful mountain range, only one quiet train-ride away from the city. Roam around the Montserrat village and mountains and enjoy the natural beauty of Catalunya. This place is renowned for its easy hiking, Cable Car, Famous Church, and its enriched surroundings with amazing viewpoints.

Montserrat While going to Montserrat, enjoy the beautiful Catalan landscape. After reaching Montserrat, we will enjoy its surroundings for a little bit (or as long as you like) then go to the famous Montserrat church. Visiting the church - you can learn about the patron saint of Catalonia to whom the church is dedicated. You may like to take some quick pictures here also. Your guide who is an Architect student will share tons of history and its architectural background and other unknown hidden stories of Montserrat and Catalunia.

Sant Miquel De Balansat Then go straight jump on a " Cable Car " that goes straight through the mountain range from where you can enjoy the scenic view around. From inside the Cable Car observe the whole of Barcelona. After that visit a local market of Montserrat. This place is more attractive for taking a family photo and admiring the breathtaking landscape. Traders from the local village come here every day with their van full of " Pure Honey of Catalunia " and other handmade accessories. It interests most of the tourist who comes to Montserrat, you may consider buying some for yourself and your friends & family as a gift and obviously our guide will share some valuable tips and advice here also.
