Our first level (SSI, AIDA, Molchanovs, you can choose which agency to go with) is designed to teach you all freediving fundamentals to be more performant while freediving, spearfishing or just snorkeling.

Itinerary

Swimming Pool Training - Static and Dynamic Freediving (we will meet at the pool)

We will start at 9am at the swimming pool. We will talk about you freediving is about and how to handle it. The course is at a slow pace and design for everyone. We will practice static freediving (holding your breath in a static position) and dynamic freediving (swimming horizontally for a certain distance underwater)

Racha Yai Island Full Day Trip

Koh Racha Yai We will pick you up at your hotel at 7.30am, breakfast and lunch are provided. We will freedive around the spectacular Racha Yai island. Two to three 50 minutes session are scheduled. We will come back around 3pm.

Duration:  7 hours

Cancellation Policy
If you cancel at least 6 full day(s) before the scheduled departure time, you will receive a full refund.
If you cancel between 2 and 6 day(s) before the scheduled departure time, you will receive a 50% refund.
If you cancel within 2 day(s) of the scheduled departure, you will receive a 0% refund.
