Encounter spinner dolphins from onboard and observe sea turtles during this half-day boat excursion from Kailua-Kona. A professional captain and crew greet you aboard a 43 ft Zodiac-style vessel at Honokohau Harbor and take you to explore Kona's beautiful coral reefs filled with tropical fish and other marine life. As of 2021 The Marine Mammal Protection Act (MMPA) is now being enforced and swimming with wild dolphins is now considered harassment. We will still be able to go encounter the dolphins at a safe distance but will not be able to enter the water with them.

What To Expect

Our skilled captains watch for whales and dolphins so that we can encounter the wonderful marine from onboard. We will travel north to a less crowded coral reef cove for snorkeling. Followed by a BBQ hot dogs or veggie dogs will be provided along with snacks and drinks. Next, we will travel to another reef known as the manta cleaning station where we often see manta rays during the day along with other exotic fish and marine life.
