Tower of David Museum of the History of Jerusalem Take in the breathtaking panoramic view of Jerusalem's Old City and begin our understanding of this magnificent city.

Jewish Quarter What is the ancient Jewish connection to Jerusalem? Where is the biblical Jerusalem? Here in the Jewish quarter we will begin our 3000 year old story of Jerusalem and bring it up to the modern period. Along the way, visit the Roman Cardo ruins, view the Hurva synagogue, and feel the energy of the Jewish quarter.

Western Wall Learn about the history of the Temple Mount and the Western Wall. Savour the atmosphere on this revered site for Jews and non-Jews from around the world. Time for reflection.

Dome of the Rock Explore the Haram al-Sharif (also known as the Temple Mount platform). Here we will discuss the importance of Jerusalem to Islam and the connected stories of the prophet Muhammed. View the exterior Islam's third holiest site, the Al Aqsa mosque, and the oldest standing Islamic structure, the majestic golden Dome of the Rock. See several 'shadirvans' ablution fountains, the Dome of the Chain, and unique 14th century Mamluk architecture. Access to this site is time-dependent and subject to seasonal changes.

Stop to taste Kanafe, freshly pressed juice, or local coffee along the Arab 'suq' or market. (Tastings are at the consumer's expense.)

The Way of the Cross - Via Dolorosa Walk along this ancient pilgrims' route following the path of Jesus on his last day, as we learn about the Christian connection to Jerusalem, see many of the famous landmarks, and enjoy the alleys and local atmosphere.

Taking in the unique atmosphere, sacred space, and unusual architecture, we will follow the last Stations of the Cross (via Dolorosa) inside the Church to see the Golgotha, Unction Stone, and Holy Tomb. We will also visit the Grotto. Entry to the Tomb is time permitting and dependent on current crowds)
