Itinerary

Higuey
In this half day excursion we will be carrying out the following program: We will pick you up at the hotel in an air-conditioned bus. The first thing we will do is horseback riding in the countryside, you will taste the real Dominican mamajuana (a mixture of rum, wine and honey aged in roots and bark of Dominican Afro-Dosis plants) Then we will visit the Basilica "Virgen de La Altagracia" and the local market. We will go to the mountain and stop at a small family farm where they grow coffee and cocoa, and we will see how they make their natural products from these plants, which is their livelihood. At the end we will go to have lunch in a place on the Anamuya River. Lunch will be a typical Dominican food, very tasty! You can also take a refreshing swim in the river. Then, . There will always be a guide or an instructor with you who will assist you in everything. With us there will always be bottled water, soft drinks, rum and mamajuana.
