Start by creating your own tiramisu, whipping eggs and mascarpone into a creamy dessert, then layer it with cocoa and biscuits. Next, dive into pasta-making with just flour and eggs—kneading, rolling, and shaping your dough by hand. You’ll then cut your pasta into fettuccine, while our chef introduces you to other traditional shapes. Choose from a selection of classic sauces, such as Amatriciana, Pomodoro e Basilico, or Cacio e Pepe, which our chefs will use to cook your fettuccine to perfection.
