Our tour begins from Athens early in the morning. Our first stop will be in Boeotia and there we will visit the monastery of Hosios Loukas, which has an altitude of 430 meters. After that, we will head to the village of Arachova. We can take a walk in the beautiful village and shop famous traditional products of excellent quality. At the end of this, we will head to Delphi where we will visit the ancient sanctuary of Delphi, also known as the center of the world. At the site, we will see the Temple of Apollo, the Gymnasium, the Sanctuary of Athena Pronea and the Castalian Spring. Then, after having lunch, we will head to Kalampaka and stay overnight. The next morning, we will head to the breathtaking geological phenomenon that is called Meteora. We will visit the monasteries and have a closer look at the massive rocks where one of the largest complexes of Eastern Orthodox Monasteries is located. Afterwards, we will move to the town of Kalampaka to have lunch and then return to Athens.

Delphi-Meteora

Monastery of Hosios Loukas Our tour begins from Athens early in the morning, driving via the national highway towards northern Greece, passing the cities of Thebes and Livadia and heading to Mountain Parnassos. Our first stop will be in Boeotia and there we will visit the monastery of Hosios Loukas, which has an altitude of 430 meters. It is one of the most significant monuments of Middle Byzantine architecture and it is included on the World Heritage list of UNESCO

Arachova After visiting Hodios Loukas, we will head to the village of Arachova. The village is built on the southern slopes of Parnassus, at 968 meters altitude and is a very popular and picturesque winter resort, as it is very close to the Parnassus ski resort. We can take a walk in the beautiful village and shop famous traditional products of excellent quality

Delphi At the end of this, we will head to Delphi where we will visit the ancient sanctuary of Delphi, also known as the center of the world and dedicated to the god Apollo. Then, we will hve lunch.

Kalambaka Afterwards, we will head to the central part of the country and we will arrive to Kalampaka and stay overnight.
