Itinerary
Arrival to Cultural Triangle

Golden Temple of Dambulla
At the airport you will be welcomed by Inway Lanka Representative and your Chauffer Guide who will take you into the city of Dambulla. Explore dambulla cave temple. It is one of glorious cave complex in Sri Lanka. Then we are heading to Habarana city. Your hotel is situated in this touristic hub. Rest and relax afternoon.
• Colombo International Airport and driven to Dambulla (Approx. 3 hours drive).
• From Dambulla to Habarana Hotel (Approx. 30 Minutes drive).

Minneriya National Park
At the late afternoon take an exhilarating jeep safari with the company of an expert naturalist guide to the Minneriya or neighboring Kavdullah National Park. The Vast sanctuary is a home to about 300 wild elephants, wild buffaloes, spotted deer, crocodiles, sloth bear and more. Stay overnight at Habarana Hotel.
• We arrange a four wheel jeep and entry ticket (Approximate: 3 hours Visit).
• Spend Overnight in Habarana. Accommodation is a three star hotel or similar grade on bed & breakfast basis.

Visit Sigiriya and Polonnaruwa

Sigiriya The Ancient Rock Fortress
After breakfast, we continue to the town of Kibissa, within the country’s rich cultural triangle. In the early morning, we visit palace complex of Sigiriya – a 5th Century “Palace in the Sky”. Admire the architectural marvel of how a king’s Palace was built on a massive rock in the 5th century A.D.

Polonnaruwa Vatadage
After Sigirya visit, we are heading to learn about the ruins of ancient Ceylon – the UNESCO World Heritage City of Polonnaruwa which was a medieval capital of Sri Lanka from the 11th – 13th century A.D. Take a walking tour of one of the ruins of ancient Ceylon which includes a visit to Parakramabahu Statue, Audience hall of king Nissankamalla, Royal Palace, Thuparamaya, Vatadage, RankothVehera, Lankathilaka, and Gal Viharaya one of gorgeous sculptures in single rock.
• From Sigiriya to Polonnaruwa (Approx. 60 Minutes drive).

Transfer to World Heritage City - Kandy

Temple of the Sacred Tooth Relic
Today you will arrive in the hill capital of Kandy, surrounded by greenery and the great Mahaweli River. On the way to Kandy we stop to visit Matale Muttumari Amman Hindu Temple and Herble and spice garden.
Then we arrive to the center of Buddhism and the capital of the last Sinhalese kingdom, at here you see the golden-roofed Temple of the Tooth Relic, which houses Sri Lanka’s most sacred relic, a tooth of the Gautama Buddha.

Royal Botanical Gardens
Take your breakfast from the hotel and we move Just outside Kandy at Peradeniya, the Royal Botanical Gardens contains a bewildering array of local and foreign species set in a tranquil site adjacent to the mighty Mahaweli Ganga, Sri Lanka’s most important river. This is the biggest botanical garden of Sri Lanka.

Peradeniya
Hop on board the morning TRAIN and journey through the Tea Carpets of Ceylon to NanuOya. The slow descend through the tea fields and hill country side with its winding tracks and misty panoramas, offers an unmatched perspective and wonderful experience.
• The Train Journey is approximate 180 Minutes, From Peradeniya Station to Nanuoya Station. You will be drop off at Peradeniya Station and pick up at Nanuoya Station.

Nuwara Eliya
Welcome to Nuwara Eliya, Afterwards drive around the town to see the same. Often referred to as ‘Little England’, this genteel highland community does have a rose-tinted, vaguely British-country-village feel to it, with its colonial-era bungalows, Tudor-style hotels, well-tended hedgerows and pretty gardens. Do also indulge in a guided stroll of the town; pass the 18-hole golf course, the colonial members only Hill Club and English styled country homes.

Tea factory visit and drive to Colombo

After having your breakfast we move Sri Lanka’s tea growing Region! Visit a tea estate and factory to see how Ceylon tea is made. You will have free cup of tea at factory to enjoy a Sri Lankan Black tea.

We stop to visit this scenic waterfall on the way to Colombo.

Departure to Airport or Drop at Your Hotel in Negombo or Near Colombo

As all good things must come to an end, we bid you farewell as our Chauffeur Guide transfers you to the Airport to meet your departure flight to home or you will drop off at Negombo Hotel.
