Gothic Quarter (Barri Gotic) Jump back through several centuries from Modernism to the medieval past of Barcelona, as the tour continues into the Gothic District. This is an area shrouded in legends of Barcelona’s aristocratic families. As well as discovering Barcelona’s medieval past, you will also explore some of its Roman history. Part of the Gothic district is situated on the site of Roman ruins and the ancient Roman walls are still visible today.
